Tracie Setliff

Educated in architecture at the University of Florida (Bachelor of Arts) and the University of Minnesota (Master of Architecture), Tracie Setliff is well versed in both the technical and aesthetic aspects of design work. Tracie has remodeled houses for more than 25 years, and worked as a General Contractor for Disney and Universal Studios. With the founding of Bluebird Remodeling + Design she has integrated design and construction management capabilities and can provide the expertise you need to complete your renovation, either for a single room or a whole house.
